Glass is actually a type of stone -- a porous substance that requires substantial maintenance to keep its sparkle and its protective qualities.
Glass that is not regularly cleaned can often become stained. Staining left untreated can turn to corrosion (mineralization) and may require costly restoration or in many cases complete glass replacement.
Most experts recommend at least annual maintenance cleaning.
Since 1993 our teams have been offering window cleaning services (including screens, window tracks and window sills) and pressure washing.
Professional window cleaners use only squeegees and specialized tools to clean glass. You can be assured that the streaky look left by paper towels and spray chemicals will be a thing of the past.
Environmentally safe soap is used to clean glass. If your windows require extra attention such as post construction polishing or paint removal please bring it to the attention of our estimators.

Our experienced window washers can handle any job and are familiar with chair work, swing stage, boom lift and water-fed pole systems.

Inspection and Prep
We walk through inspecting the areas with the client making sure we meet the customers’ expectations, and moving reasonable furniture.
Vacuum
This removes the loose dirt and grime
from your carpet using only HEPA filtered vacuums.
Pre-treat
It involves applying heated cleaning agents to the high traffic areas & spots on the carpet. This loosens the bound soils at the carpet surface.
This pre-conditioning process works aggressively on heavily soiled conditions of grease, soil, and food. It ensures soil removal from deep inside your carpet and starts digesting your spots so that they are easier to remove during cleaning
The pre-spray process increases the power and efficiency of the cleaning solutions. It helps restore carpeting and rugs to their original color in high-traffic areas. |
HotHot Water Extraction
Using The Hot Water Extraction (HWE) method, is a method used for extraction in carpets. This method is the best method and is much better than carpet shampooing.
The Hot Water Extraction process forces a hot water based cleaning solution into the carpet under high pressure, then sucks it back out of the carpet along with the plain dirt.
This is the only cleaning method classified as "deep cleaning". All the others are considered "light surface cleaning" because they cannot remove soil deep in the pile.
Groom and Final inspection
Once finished we go over the entire are with a nylon pile lifter restoring your carpets luster and fluffiness'. Then we walk the entire area with you making sure you are satisfied.

Traffic Lane Gray
Like all textiles, carpets will eventually show signs of wear. The wear creates an illusion of soiling, which often causes frustration and misunderstanding between the homeowners and carpet care experts. Even though a carpet has been cleaned, it does not mean the traffic areas will look clean. Traffic areas are those places where people are constantly walking or working. This situation creates what is called "traffic lane gray".
There is not a lot that a carpet care expert can do with traffic lane gray. When a 10-year old carpet is cleaned, you will end up with a clean 10-year old carpet. It may not appear the way you had hoped. The easiest way to slow down this process is by rearranging the furniture so traffic areas are changed or just add area rugs.

TYPICAL GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE VISIT
We try to make our gutter cleaning visits as seamless as possible for our customers. We follow these simple steps:
Our experienced personnel will knock on your door or ring the bell to announce themselves.
If you are not home, we will proceed to do a great job of cleaning and flushing the gutter system.
1) Clean debris from the valleys and roof.
2) Hand-clean your entire gutter system.
3) Snake the downspouts to remove any blockages.
4) Hose wash the gutters on all sides to remove loose debris.
5) Check underground drains if any
6) Bag up the job related debris
Once they have completed the job they will then leave a receipt at your door indicating that the job was completed – or we will mail the receipt from the office.
Should the technician find any problems with the gutter system they will tell you if you are home or our office will contact you.

NATURAL HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES FAQS
1. What cities do you serve?
We serve San Francisco, San Mateo, Oakland and surrounding areas.
2. How much do you charge?
The cost varies depending on what needs to be cleaned and the state of the home or office. We typically charge $88-$146 for a 1BR, 1BA home and $117-$176 for a 2BR, 2BA. First time cleanings are generally a little more expensive.
Many flats in San Francisco would fall under our minimum charge of $88 for weekly ongoing service (Our housekeeping supplies are included in the price). Once the initial house cleaning has been completed, we will confirm your regular cleaning price.
3. Cancellations
We request cancellations or rescheduling notice two business days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling one business day ahead is charged $30. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning.
4. Will you send different people to my place? We will always try to send the same home cleaning team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs. If there is a scheduling problem we would only send another house cleaner team with prior notice.
5. What supplies do you use?
The supplies we use are listed in our Product Recommendation list. They are more expensive than their toxic peers, but we use them because the human and environmental health cost is lower. We look for supplies that are non-toxic, bio-degradable and effective.
6. Is Greenforce a franchise?
No, the owners are the managers or cleaners in the business. All owners work in the business. We have a single office in San Francisco.
7. What about gratuities?
Our housekeeping teams are not expecting gratuities but would be happy to receive them if you choose.
8. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take most major credit cards including Amex.
9. Do I Have To Be Home When Greenforce Cleans? This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored – always with “double-blind” security. Only the local owner and/or office manager can access the client key safe. Teams are given the keys for when an appointment is scheduled, and must turn these back in to management when they’re done. These keys are returned to the lock box until the next cleaning appointment.
10. Do You schedule a specific Time for My House Cleaning Appointment?
Greenforce will schedule a specific day and time for your house cleaning within a 10 minute window plus or minus. Take that Comcast.
11. What If I Accidentally Lock Greenforce Out on My Cleaning Day?
Just as with cancellation fees, lock-out will incure a full charge since our time is already booked.
Most of our clients either provide us a key or hide one on the premises on cleaning day if they can not be home.
12. Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Equipment or Supplies?
We provide all cleaning solutions and state-of-the-art equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our teams. You can see the cleaning products we use HERE.
