We request cancellations or rescheduling notice two business days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling one business day ahead is charged $30. Same day cancellations are charged the full price of the scheduled cleaning.
We will always try to send the same home cleaning team to your place since they would be familiar with you and your needs. If there is a scheduling problem we would only send another house cleaner team with prior notice.

This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored- always with “double-blind” security. Only the local owner and/or office manager can access the client key safe. Teams are given the keys for when an appointment is scheduled, and must turn these back in to management when they’re done. These keys are returned to the lock box until the next cleaning appointment.
